Timeline:

Deliveries within Pakistan are done within 7-15 days. International Deliveries may take 20 days. *

We offer a refund or exchange within the first 14 days of your purchase of ready to wear articles only. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

In order to avail this policy, the customer needs to let us know within 48 hours of purchasing the ensemble so that it can be returned or exchanged.

Washing:

Dry Clean only. Not to be washed at home.

Wearing:

Apply creams, deodorants, and sprays before putting on your high-end garments. This way, you don't risk staining your delicate clothing as these products can ruin them.

Storing:

Never hang knitted, beaded, lacy, or sequined designer dresses. These items should be folded to avoid snags and stretching.

While we do our best to present our products accurately, please note that slight variations in color may occur due to differences in lighting conditions and screen settings.

Hand-woven fabrics may have naturally darker threads and marks in their weave. This serves as both a testament to the fabric's authenticity and a distinguishing feature of the material.
