Exchanges & Refunds Policy

At Samawi, we take pride in the quality of our craftsmanship and want your experience with us to be smooth and reassuring. Please review our policy below before placing your order.

Ready to Wear

• Ready to wear items are eligible for exchange or return in the form of store credit.

• Requests must be made within 48 hours.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.

Customised / Made-to-Order

• Since MTO pieces are crafted specifically for you, returns or exchanges are not offered.

• If the size provided by the customer is correct and minor fitting adjustments are required, alterations may be offered in selected cases. Charges may apply.
  

Damaged or Incorrect Items (All Categories)

• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.

• In case of any mistake from our end, Samawi will take full responsibility and work closely with you to resolve the issue in the best possible way.
  

Shipping Costs

• For reasons other than damage or error from our side, all shipping and return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
